Training for the Responsibility
Officer preparation covers de-escalation, report writing, emergency response, and professional customer service. Candidates for armed assignments undergo additional firearms instruction with a retired, certified police officer and must meet applicable state requirements. Armed assignments depend on eligibility and successful completion of the required training.
Guidance at Every New Site
Officers new to an assignment work alongside an experienced officer or receive guidance from a supervisor. This helps them become familiar with the property, understand their duties, and get comfortable with the people they protect.
Ongoing Preparation & Emergency Coordination
Officers complete refresher training every six months to reinforce their skills and review relevant changes in laws and procedures. During emergencies, our approach emphasizes established protocols, coordination with local police, and the safety of everyone on site.
